Dhangethi (Alif Dhaal Atoll)

Dhangethi (Dhivehi: ދަނގެތި) is one of the inhabited islands of Alif Dhaal Atoll.

This small island have 5 Councilors.Azim Adam,Abdul Hannan Mohamed,

Abdulla Rizvy,Hussain Hassan and Ahmed Shakiru.

         This island have a school which s level is English Medium. 

Also this island have a Health Center,Island Court and Post office. This island is the 3rd most developed island in this atoll.

         2 Guest Houses are in process. 2 Mosques and 2 Restaurants are in here. 

Many tourists visit this island for shopping and other uses. Also this island have a cultural center.

       Also this island have a folk story about taking the moon and putting it inside a Rumbaa(Pot).
